"I loved toffee as a child, and I made it myself in my mother's old cast iron pan. Sometimes I wrapped the toffees in paper, decorated them with glitter pictures and sold them at the market. Kanelimamma's Old-Fashioned Butter Toffee is made using the same childhood recipe. With the help of my friends, I found a small and traditional confectionery factory in a picturesque little village in the middle of the countryside."
