Lapitar Lounge, located in the north wing of Guesthouse Lapitar, offers a versatile and stylish event space.

The 90 m² hall can accommodate 60 people for dining. Whether it's an unforgettable wedding, a dignified memorial service, a special anniversary, a relaxed evening gathering, or a company meeting, your event will be a success with us.

Why choose Lapitar Lounge?

Spacious rooms: Lapitar Lounge is a 120m² manor-style event space with its own entrance. A full-length window wall brings natural light into the space, and in the darkening evenings, the atmospheric lighting and manor-style details of the decor create a festive and dignified atmosphere. Blackout curtains are also available in the space.

Free parking: There is plenty of free parking in the asphalted yard in front of the guesthouse.

Functional entrance areas: Guests are welcomed into the event space through its own entrance, located at the end of the building. The entrance features a practical cloakroom for outer garments and a dedicated space for a gift table.

Easy catering: The guesthouse's kitchen is in the immediate vicinity of the event space, and its spacious fridge-freezer and good storage facilities make managing your own catering or a catering service effortless.

Amenities and services: Next to the event space are clean and renovated bathrooms. In the guesthouse section of the same building, there are comfortable accommodation facilities where guests can stay overnight if needed. Accommodation must be booked in advance.

Sound system and technology: High-quality sound equipment ensures that speeches are heard clearly and music sets the mood for the celebration at just the right volume. The space can also host musical performances.

Customer service: Whether it's a private or corporate event, we are happy to serve you. We are available to assist with any questions you may have. We are also quickly reachable during events in case of any issues.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the booked date. For cancellations made less than 30 days in advance, we charge a €50 cancellation fee. For cancellations made 1-6 days in advance, we charge 50% of the room rental fee. For same-day cancellations, the room rental fee is non-refundable.
