Brewing tea:

Pour tea into a tea strainer, about 1 teaspoon per cup. Pour 70-degree water over it and let it steep for 1-2 minutes, or to taste.

Green tea requires a shorter steeping time than other teas. If you steep it for too long, it may become bitter.
